9 STEPS FOR YOUR PERSONAL TRAINING IN BALI:


1. ALLOW ME TO GET TO KNOW YOU BETTER.
During our first meeting, you will tell me more about your needs, goals and aspirations.
Do you want to lose weight, build lean muscle or just look better in your clothes?
I will design a unique, customized program based on your goals.

2.  PROFESSIONAL MONITORING.
During our first training session, I will measure your strengths and weaknesses and determine your current fitness level using a series of simple tests and fitness assessments.

3.  SET YOUR GOALS.
Together we will set clear and realistic fitness goals.
Do you want a flat belly or a better overall body shape?  Do you want to prepare for an upcoming boxing match?

4.  YOUR PERSONAL PROGRAM.
I will create a unique training program for you.
I will design exercises to improve your body composition, health, heart condition and overall physical performance.
