What is online coaching?
Everybody can benefit from nutrition and health guidance.
Let’s face it, we all have a busy life, family or work time constraints, and want to train from the comfort of our home?
In order to do just that, I have decided to create a series of affordable and flexible programs for those who would like to lose fat, build muscle, develop their stamina, or simply become healthier.
Let’s see how a healthier life is just a few clicks away.
How do you join my online coaching ?
- You drop me an email to let me know the package you are interested in and the time you want to do the workout.
- I send you a few forms to fill, so I know you better and can create a program perfectly answering your needs.
- Once we agreed on a time and a program, you transfer me the money.
- I send you an invoice and we schedule our first coaching session.
I am available by email or WhatsApp 24H/7, just contact me.
How does it work ?
- Every program is unique and will be carefully crafted to best answer your needs.
- During our sessions, I will show and explain everything you need to do and will answer all your questions until you feel comfortable with the workout.
- You will follow the program with a tracker to keep me updated with your progresses.
- After you send me your tracker, we book another coaching session to review your program and readjust it if necessary.
- Once the program is completed, we do a last coaching session to debrief and check your progresses.
- You can then choose to start a new program with a new routine and new goals.
