This document lists my personal reviews and information I have found regarding Combat sports Gym in Bali.
There are other Bali gym for contact sports in Bali, mainly small local gyms, however I have focused on the better known and equipped gyms.
I am very happy to say, that not only do we have many choices in Bali, we also have a lot of passionate people working in this industry, who offer great professional service and cater for all levels/abilities and ages.

Training on offer:
– Muay Thai: You have actually an excellent New Zealand coach (Mike Ikelei) who take care of the session, the pro-athletes hold the pads for you
-Boxing: Anthony Leone run the class (but it’s long time I didn’t join their boxing class).
– Bjj: Actually Andrew and Anthony are teaching Gi and No Gi class, they show you new systems and you re able to roll often, playing guard pass for warmup, drilling on setup, and savage rolling (I am Joking).
-Wrestling / MMA : Mainly pro-fighters join this class, Don Carlo-Clauss instructs you how to be able to bring your opponent down, or how to counter takedown.
Now it’s 5 years they are established on the Bali and international fighting Scene with a lot of their fighters competing in International Pro Events. Don’t miss also their Canggu fight night !

Location Location
Daily Gym is on the second and third floor (third floor is Weightlifting/Bodybuilding area). The first floor is a restaurant called “Bull Bar” (you use the stairs inside and to the left of this restaurant) and is located next door to restaurant Merah Putih. (Other name of the location : Putu bali villa N spa)
You will be welcome by a Mohammed Ali Mural.

– Full furnish with fitness equipment for conditioning (Trx, Trx rip trainer, bosu, various kettlebell set, Dumbbells set, Barebells set, Rings (crossfit), swissball, medicine ball, elastic band, skipping ropes, …).
– Boxing gloves, shin guards, Pads, Muay thai belt guard, Helmet can be borrowed.
